Mars in Aquarius - Hot, hot, hot!

On the 16th May 2018 Mars entered Aquarius and began an unusually long transit through that sign.  It began to turn retrograde on 27th June and has now briefly and temporarily returned to Capricorn where it will remain until 11th September. After that date, Mars will resume its transit of Aquarius finally leaving on 15th November - a journey totalling six months!

So what does this mean for Aquarians? If you were born under the sign of Aquarius, Mars will conjunct your natal Sun between 11th September and 15th November, bringing a tremendous increase in drive and ambition, a strong urge to get what you want regardless of what other people may think. You will be much more self assertive than usual and this could cause arguments or conflict with others. If you channel this boost of energy constructively, you can achieve a lot. Physical activity is one of the best ways to use it, so competing hard to win in any sporting contest is ideal.

In your special one-to-one relationship, things should get hot and steamy as Mars is the planet of desire. Together with your natal Sun, you will find your extra energy will also turn to a need for more passion. Mars will not return to conjunct your Sun until 2020 - so make the most of this special time. The planet of fire in the sign of electricity will be hot!
