War In Ukraine: The Conclusion - Part 2

Last year, on Ukraine's Independence Day, I discussed the astrological indicators for the possible end to the war. I also promised more information in Part 2 without intending it to be 12 months later. However, due to a deluge of astrological work off-line and personal issues to deal with, it was delayed. So, here we are at last.

When attempting to discover patterns and cycles for the end of any war, it's vitally important to study the chart for the date when the war began. World War II started on 1st Sept 1939 and the Russia-Ukraine war started on 24th Feb 2022: Of all the wars I've researched, World War II is the one that resonates the most with the Russia-Ukraine War. 

At the start of World War II the transiting Sun was in the sign of Virgo. At the start of the Russia-Ukraine war, the transiting Sun was in Pisces, exactly opposite. So, both Suns were in Mutable signs.

For both wars the transiting Moon was in a Fire sign and in hard aspect to Jupiter.

Mercury was square Uranus

Venus was in the element of Earth

Mars was in Capricorn: 24° for WWII and 22° for the Ukraine War, With both in aspect to Neptune.

Saturn was in a Fixed sign for both wars..

For the start of both wars transiting Uranus was in Taurus: 21° for WW2 and 11° for Ukraine.

Neptune was at 22° Virgo at the start of WWII and exactly opposite at 22° Pisces for the war in Ukraine.

The Nodes were in Scorpio-Taurus for WWII and in Taurus-Scorpio for the Russia-Ukraine war. 

THE URANUS FACTOR

Throughout my research into the astrology of war, something interesting arose involving Uranus. In 83% of the wars I studied, Uranus was positioned in a Fixed Sign at the start of the conflict - with 60% of those positions being in Taurus. 

When the Crimean War began in 1853, transiting Uranus was at 11° Taurus. When the Russia-Ukraine War began in 2022, transiting Uranus was also at 11° Taurus. When Putin illegally annexed Crimea in 2014, transiting Uranus was at 11° Aries. When World War II began in 1939, transiting Uranus was at 21° Taurus and when it ended in 1945, transiting Uranus was at 11° Gemini.

What is it about 11 degrees and why do the majority of wars start under the influence of a Fixed sign Uranus? This is something I have yet to discover. 

When a new war begins, transiting Uranus frequently re-activates a previous war position..For example, when the First World War ended, transiting Uranus was at 23° Aquarius. When the Second World War began transiting Uranus was in a square aspect to it, at 21° Taurus. When WWI began, Uranus was at 10° Aquarius, activating Uranus at 11° Taurus in the Crimean War chart. When the Russia-Ukraine War began, Uranus was at 11° Taurus - again, forming a hard aspect to both WWI and the Crimean War. 

D-DAY

On 6th June 2024, the world commemorated the 80th anniversary of the D-Day landings and the allied heroes who stormed the beaches of Normandy, France. D-Day was a very important pivotal event which drastically changed the course of World War II and ultimately led to its end in Europe 11 months later. This fact alone strongly suggests that a similar initiative is exactly what is required to bring the Ukraine war to a close. But how? Warfare in the 21st Century is very different to 80 years ago and although there has been a 'boots-on-the-ground' approach to the Russian invasion, much of the action is executed via modern technology such as drones. 

As I write this, Ukraine has, for the first time since the war began two and a half years ago, crossed the border into Russia and initiated a counter-attack. Could this ultimately lead to a ceasefire? A peace treaty? Victory for Ukraine? One thing is for sure, Russia's downfall is imminent and will most likely occur in 2026. The question is: Will it take place before or after Ukraine wins? 

There are many dates coming up which indicate the potential end to this war and the first one is due on 22nd January 2025. Watch and wait.....

War In Ukraine: The Conclusion - Part 1

Today is Ukraine's Independence Day and exactly 18 months since the invasion began. Throughout the last year, I've been focusing my research on the astrological cycles associated with war and although I don't know exactly when peace will return, I now have a pretty good idea of when the war will be likely to end.

This project has been very complex but surprisingly revealing. Although war seems random, that is definitely not the case, and the astrological patterns I've discovered during my study are truly astounding. However, for privacy and ownership reasons, I won't be publishing the full list of my research data. 

Many military experts claim that the war in Ukraine could continue until 2025 or beyond. Obviously I respect their analyses as this is their area if expertise just as astrology is mine. However, although the war could trundle on for a long time in its present form, there is always the possibility that some unexpected event may occur which would cause it to drastically change course and thereby accelerate the return of peace. In other words, what is required to finish the war quickly is some sort of 'bolt from the blue'. What that might be is anyone's guess, although personally, I can think of several possible scenarios, as I'm sure you can too.

In this study, the war of shortest duration lasted almost six months and the war of longest duration, nearly seven years. I began by analysing the charts for the beginning of each war, followed by the charts for the end of each war. These were all associated with European-based conflicts. They included both World Wars and the Crimean War, as well as several others. Using wars that did not take place on the European continent was pointless, as the goal is to discover the end of the current war in Europe - Russia's invasion of Ukraine

THE CRIMEA CONNECTION

The Crimean War began in October 1853 and the illegal Annexation of Crimea took place on 18th March 2014 which was officially the beginning of the war between Russia and Ukraine. (The invasion of 2022 was an escalation of that war.) Here is some data:

In both charts the Moon was in cardinal signs - Aries & Libra. 

In both charts Mercury was situated at the start of Water signs

In both charts Pluto was in the element of Earth.

In both charts the Lunar Nodes were in Air signs.

Neptune was in Pisces for both.

However, between those dates, on 27th February 1954, Crimea was actually transferred to the Ukraine Republic by Russia, 

Quote: "It was hailed as a gesture of friendship between the Ukrainian and Great Russian peoples during this year's celebration of the 300th anniversary of the accession of the Ukraine to Russia." 

Sixty years later, in 2014, Putin reclaimed it. Illegally. As you can see, the relationship between Ukraine and Russia is a very long and complicated one. 

LOOKING AHEAD

Sometimes, if a certain planet moves by retrograde motion back to the position it occupied when an event began, then that event can reach its conclusion. In other words, the planet finishes what it started by returning to same degree and then moving away, thereby bringing the influence to completion. At the beginning of the Russia-Ukraine war in February 2022, transiting Pluto was at 27° Capricorn. It will return to that same degree at the end of September and throughout October 2023. Could this possibly suggest the end of the war?

During that same period, there is a key influence based on the planetary positions at the end of the Crimean War in March 1856. Back then, the North Node was positioned at 25° Aries. It will return to this degree in October 2023. Again, another possible indicator for the end of the war.

However, this is all happening within another timeframe which involves a planetary influence that was present in ALL of the war charts included in my research. This influence occurs around three times a year and the next one begins tomorrow on 25th August 2023 and continues until 13th October 2023 - with the most positive phase happening from 16th September. Combined with Pluto returning to 27° Capricorn and the North Node returning to 25° Aries, this period holds the potential for a possible conclusion to the war in Ukraine. 

My research is still very much a work in progress and I'm discovering new information which will produce further results over time. I'll be revealing more in Part 2.

Ukraine: One Year On.....

 

The War In Ukraine

On the morning of Monday, 10th October 2022, Ukraine was devastated by a massive Russian bombardment of 84 missiles targeting several major cities including the capital Kyiv.

A few hours earlier, the Full Moon was at 16° Aries - exactly opposite President Zelensky's natal Pluto and square Ukraine's Nodal Axis, Neptune and Ascendant. It was also quincunx Pluto in Ukraine's chart and conjunct Eris (revenge). This influence tends to bring impulsive, violent reactions as well as intense emotions and confrontations. 

Transiting Mars was at 22° Gemini - triggering Mars at 22° Capricorn, it's position on the day the war began. It will cross this degree again from the 19th - 23rd November. This planetary influence brings unusually forceful actions and the need to prove dominance. It is also square the war Neptune which indicates critical events and panic.

Transiting Mars has just moved into President Zelensky's natal First House and is conjunct his Ascendant. Mars goes retrograde on 31st October, conjuncting his Ascendant again on 23rd November. and re-entering his 12th House. It won't enter his 1st House properly until 6th March 2023. Transiting Saturn is back to it's 'war' position at 18° Aquarius and is being squared by transiting Uranus. This extremely disruptive planetary aspect began in January 2021 and has caused much civil unrest and aggravation. One of the key phrases associated with a Saturn Uranus hard aspect is: 'A desire for change battles against the instinct to hang on, amid displays of rebellion' It will finally come to an end in December 2022 but, as is often the case with major planetary influences, it looks like it's going out with a bang.

Pluto went direct after nearly eight months of being in retrograde motion since the end of April. Coincidence? No. Does this indicate a turning point in the conflict?.Perhaps. Either that or the beginning of a new phase in the war.

The rest of 2022 is going to be, astrologically speaking, a very tough time. On the 25th October there will be a Solar Eclipse in the sign of Scorpio. Six days later transiting Mars will turn retrograde and eight days after that there will be a very powerful Lunar Eclipse in Taurus.
