Transiting Neptune Through Aries

When a transiting planet moves through certain signs its effects become stronger. This is the case with Neptune which is now at the end of a very long journey through its own sign of Pisces since 4th April 2011, gradually gaining power during the last 14 years. It enters the sign of Aries today, 30th March 2025 and will remain there until 24th March 2039.

Neptune symbolises many things, including breaking down barriers. It fuels our dreams of ascending beyond physical reality. It also brings fantasy, illusion and delusion. And it is this effect which has been evident throughout Neptune's transit with the increase of conspiracy theories, wokism and the blurring of the boundaries between what is real and what isn't. 

For example, look at how AI is changing - and challenging - our view of the world. When you see a photograph, watch a video, or even listen to a recording of someone's voice, you can no longer be sure of its authenticity. This is Neptune's swan song as it prepares to exit Pisces. It is leaving us in a state of confusion as we no longer know who, or what, to believe. Like the fishes in the sign of Pisces, we are going around in circles, trying to find our way towards the future while continuing to make the mistakes of the past. But, fear not, the deception is about to end..... 

As Neptune begins its transit through Aries we can start to wave goodbye to woke. Ditch the delusion. Crush the conspiracy theories. Instead of viewing reality through a veil of fantasy - which is the effect of Neptune compounded by Pisces - we will begin to see clearly which direction we should be moving in. We will know what our goals are and everything will be thrown into sharp focus. More and more people will experience heightened awareness of what's going on around them. 

Of course, this will all unfold over the next 14 years but there are already hints that our current dream-like state of living in an alternate reality, where everything is constantly being denied as fact and replaced by outlandish explanations, is coming to an end. Another thing that is due to disappear is the role of influencers. Neptune is the planet which represents 'influencing the masses' and after it moves into Aries, expect the fog of fantasy to evaporate and be replaced by clarity of thought, concise information and direct communication. 

The last time Neptune entered Aries was in 1861, when the American Civil War began. This eventually led to the formation of the United States of America. Neptune is the planet of fragmentation but situated in the sign of Aries, it brings all the pieces together to create one whole entity. Therefore, Neptune in Aries brings unification and amalgamation. Expect to see countries coming together for a single purpose and the merging of disparate organisations. 

Also, in 1861, colour photography was invented. Neptune rules photography and Aries is the sign of the pioneer. A perfect example of, not just the planet-sign influence, but of what to expect next. So, something that will revolutionise imaging and photography seems more than a possibility. Neptune represents anything that is invisible and Aries symbolises sharp focus. Something which we cannot see will become visible - but what might that be? Get ready for amazing and inspiring new inventions and ideas.

Marti Pellow

Marti Pellow, singer, musician, front man of Wet Wet Wet, West End and Broadway star, and The Masked Singer UK finalist as Wolf, was born on Tuesday 23rd March 1965 at 00:15am in Clydebank, Scotland, UK.

Marti's natal chart is one of the best I've ever seen. What do I mean by that? Well, it has a lot of outstanding features which we astrologers look for and get very excited about when we find them. For example, his Sun is in Aries - the Sun's sign of exaltation - but not only that, it is also conjunct a World Point and situated in House 5. This shows he is someone who is full of creative energy and destined to shine on the world stage. He was never going to go unnoticed or be insignificant.

His Moon is in Sagittarius and House 1 of his natal chart. This indicates that Marti has very high moral values and a very strong emotional attachment to his childhood. He is a great optimist with high ideals. With his Moon in a square aspect to Saturn, he is loyal, reliable and down-to-earth but may also be prone to feelings of pessimism and a fear of failure.

The Moon is a very dominant planet in Marti's natal chart. It is situated in the 1st House  and is the Apex Planet of several T-Square configurations involving Mars, Uranus, Pluto and the Midheaven. These influences bring someone who is direct, strong-willed and with a fighting spirit. He is courageous, resilient and able to express and transform his deepest feelings. He has an instinct for what the public wants and his direction in life will have been powerfully influenced by women.

Marti's natal Ascendant is in the sign of Scorpio. I often see this in the charts of professional singers - those who are great singers. The reason for this is that, not only is Scorpio one of the signs which imbues someone with a wonderful voice, it is also the sign of deep feelings and emotions. Therefore, a singer will have the vocal ability to perform a song, and they will also have the emotional depth to convey the meaning of that song. Marti is an excellent example of this special talent. Intensely emotional and highly perceptive, he will be good at seeing through superficiality. Getting a feel for people and situations around him will come easy as he is very adept at figuring out what's really going on beneath the surface. The old saying 'practice makes perfect' could not be more appropriate for this planetary influence and Marti will have devoted many years to developing and improving his natural musical talent. 

Mars conjunct Uranus in Marti's natal chart gives exceptional creative talent that draws people in and attracts attention. His natural enthusiasm inspires other people and he will love the recognition and appreciation he receives.. 

With Mars conjunct Pluto in his natal chart, he has a powerful desire to achieve his goals. Strength, passion, and courage are his strong points..He is determined, fiercely ambitious and won't back away from a challenge. 

Uranus conjunct the Midheaven in Marti's natal chart symbolises twists of fate which I'm sure he has experienced throughout his life. He is  strongly independent and if forced to conform, he will rebel. If he feels trapped by a situation or circumstances, it's possible that he could suffer from anxiety or depression. His creative brilliance needs the freedom to explore all avenues of expression in order to reach its full potential. and find some contentment. By staying true to himself he will enjoy success, recognition, and mass popularity.. 

With his natal Neptune in House 1 and conjunct the Ascendant, Marti is dreamy, imaginative and incredibly romantic. A very sensitive, caring and spiritual person who probably sees the world from a very different perspective. This level of sensitivity could affect his health perhaps through skin rashes, headaches or allergies. Trying to block out reality through drugs or alcohol is a danger as,unfortunately, with a strong Neptune influence, he is more susceptible to addiction. 

Natal Pluto conjunct the Midheaven often leads to a position of influence and success. Professional fulfillment is essential for Marti's self-esteem, and to reach the top in his chosen career and leave his mark on the world will be very important to him. He has strong determination and self-discipline which will ensure that whatever crisis he may go through, he will, like the phoenix from the flames, rise again to even greater heights.

Trump, Zelensky, Vance, Putin

President Zelenskyy was always going to be inextricably linked to Donald Trump in one way or another. Their astrological charts are tightly intertwined with many jaw-dropping connections. Their synastry is powerful but not necessarily harmonious all of the time. Add J.D. Vance into the equation and as we saw at the White House on 28th February, the relationship can become very fraught and irritable.

One thing stood out from their charts - they are all extremely stubborn. Zelenskyy's Aquarian Sun, Trump's Leo Ascendant and Vance's Leo Sun and Ascendant came together and triggered a clash of egos with none of them willing to back down. The hubris in the Oval Office that day was off the scale. It should never have happened. 

There is a lot of potential for Zelenskyy and Trump to work well together. Trump's natal Sun is conjunct Zelenskyy's natal Ascendant, trine his Midheaven and trine his Jupiter. They both have Air Sun signs and both have Fire sign Moons. Trump's Moon is conjunct Zelenskyy's Descendant. 

So, what do we know from the astrology right now? Well, as I've mentioned before in previous posts, Russia is on its way down. The current structure will collapse by 2027 - probably in 2026. Ideally, the Russia-Ukraine war must end by 18th April 2025 otherwise there won't be another astrological window of opportunity until 6th August - 23rd September 2025. This is from my extensive research into the beginnings and endings of wars in Europe. 

J.D. VANCE

This chart is a real eye-opener and on 28th February there was a New Moon at 9° Pisces. This formed a quincunx aspect to his natal Sun, an opposition to his Mercury, a trine to his Saturn, a square to Uranus and a square to Chiron. Not exactly in the right frame of mind for open-minded discourse.

Right now, transiting Uranus is conjunct his natal Midheaven and opposite his natal Mars. It's also square his natal Venus. As a result, his energy levels are extremely high and potentially explosive. He will definitely be spoiling for a fight. Uranus will be square his natal Ascendant from mid-April to mid-July and again during November thereafter continuing until the end of April 2026, bringing sudden and disruptive events which will throw him off balance. It will conjunct his natal North Node from mid-May 2026 onwards until the beginning of June 2027. With all of this Uranus activity, he will have more than a few shocks and surprises coming his way. The planet of chaos will rip through his chart like a tornado during the next two years.

PUTIN

If his birthdate is accurate, then right now he has transiting Mars conjunct his natal Uranus and heading towards a,square to his natal Mercury and Neptune..Interesting that both Vance and Putin have hard Mars-Uranus aspects influencing their charts at the moment. Very volatile energy. He is definitely not in a good mood right now.
